Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our store teams with safe, reliable delivery of automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers. You will operate company-provided vehicles, maintain accurate routes, and provide expert product knowledge and service on the job.

Ideal candidates are 18 or older with a valid license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and load merchandise. Spanish/English communication is a plus, and no CDL is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance must be met.
• Basic automotive knowledge is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, on-time deliveries to customers.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policies.
• Stay up-to-date on promotions and automotive products and report vehicle issues promptly.
