Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance per company rules.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals per policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries; load and unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products and report vehicle issues promptly.
