Keystone Automotive Operations in York, PA is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our distribution network. In this full-time role, you will deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

You will load, secure, and unload products, verify orders with dispatch, keep the vehicle clean, and comply with DOT regulations. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule, $19.50 per hour, and a $1,000 retention bonus with

• Valid driver's license and at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft box truck or larger.
• No motor vehicle violations in the last 24 months.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and lift and load freight safely.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.

Location: York, PA

Hourly Pay: $19.50

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

In this full‑time position, you'll deliver top‑brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well‑maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
