LKQ Corporation is hiring a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Rochester, NY. This full-time role offers a starting hourly pay of $17.00 with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential early morning starts.

You will deliver auto, RV, and marine parts, provide reliable service, and enjoy generous benefits and growth opportunities. This position emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork, with a retention bonus and progressive pay raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Position Highlights

$1,000 Retention Bonus!
