DSG is seeking a Delivery Driver in our Sioux Falls, SD location. This full-time, hourly position involves working primarily between 7 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional variations based on business needs. As a Delivery Driver, you will handle all aspects of warehouse operations, focusing on delivering products to customers and jobsites, including loading, unloading, securing, and transporting materials.

A Typical Day in the Life of a Delivery Driver at DSG:

• Load delivery trucks safely, following company policies
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on product loading
• Inspect trucks and trailers per company and DOT standards
• Report vehicle safety or maintenance issues immediately
• Communicate delivery schedules with customers
• Drive to customer locations, usually within 150 miles
• Unload materials at customer sites as instructed
• Comply with DOT/FMCSA and OSHA regulations, completing required training
• Follow DSG safety policies and vehicle safety programs
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery, including:

1. Pulling products accurately and promptly
2. Packaging, labeling, and organizing orders for delivery
3. Operating forklifts
4. Using computers and RF scanners to track inventory

Qualifications for a Successful Delivery Driver:

• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain a medical card
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or knowledge of products and warehouse/delivery operations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work efficiently under pressure
• Safety training in material handling and forklift operation
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or move items weighing 70-325 lbs., with mechanical aid or assistance
• Basic computer skills and experience
