U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., has over 100 years of experience in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Job Schedule

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays. Schedules may change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles on routes making 10-20 deliveries per day.
2. Maintain accurate records including driver logs and fuel purchase logs.
3. Make timely deliveries in a safe manner in all weather conditions.
4. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
5. Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 80 pounds occasionally, using team lifts or mechanical aids for tires.
6. Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or tires.
7. Assist in loading/unloading trucks and operate equipment like forklifts when needed.
8. Work approximately 8-12 hours per day.
9. Operate a handheld device to fulfill deliveries.
10. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
11. Collect payments upon delivery.
12. Perform other job-related tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, exert pushing force up to 40 pounds, and operate equipment safely. Protective gear includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vests, harnesses, seatbelts, and SRL. Work environment involves outdoor conditions, moderate noise, and exposure to fumes.

Qualifications

1. Must be 21 or older.
2. At least 1 year of professional driving experience with a satisfactory road test.
3. Ability to operate powered industrial trucks.
4. Valid driver's license with a good record.
5. Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 80 pounds occasionally.
6. Ability to exert a pushing force of 40 pounds.
7. Follow safety and operating instructions.
8. Provide quality customer service.
9. Work overtime as needed.
10. Pass pre-employment drug test.
11. Possess valid DOT Medical Card per guidelines.
