About Lancaster Farm Fresh
Our mission is to deliver freshly picked produce to wholesale markets and CSA members with minimal turnaround time. We serve a non-profit cooperative of 120 farms, mostly organic, and specialize in expedited shipping. Our drivers provide friendly, professional service, sharing a passion for locally-grown organic food. We operate in Eastern Pennsylvania, New York City, Washington DC, and the tri-state area.
Job Summary
Experience driving 26-foot non-CDL box trucks is preferred, but positions for cargo vans and Class B trucks are also available. Drivers deliver produce, supplies, and food products, most of which are palletized, refrigerated, and temperature-sensitive. Candidates should be safety-conscious, flexible, and communicative. Routes start and end daily at our location, with occasional overnight routes available for interested drivers.

Positions are part-time or full-time, year-round or seasonal, with flexible schedules. Full-time roles typically involve a 4-day workweek, with availability at least 5 days. Sundays are rarely scheduled; employees desiring more overtime should be available daily.
