Position Description:

The primary focus is the delivery of products to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and professional interaction. The Delivery Driver (non-CDL) is responsible for timely transportation of products from origin to destination, along with unloading and staging at the customer’s location. The role requires maintaining a professional company image, responsible driving, excellent customer service, and building strong relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Transport products timely from origin to destination as assigned.
• Verify outgoing and incoming products for accuracy in size, amount, and type.
• Collect payments from customers in acceptable monetary forms.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is complete and accompanies shipments.
• Represent the Company professionally in all customer interactions and driving.
• Maintain compliance records such as driver logs, fuel records, mileage, etc.
• Follow all safety policies and transportation regulations.
• Occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles like forklifts or pallet jacks.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class “C” driver’s license or appropriate DOT license based on vehicle weight.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience sufficient to work independently.
• Company may accept suitable alternatives at its discretion.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
