Position Description

The primary focus is the delivery of products to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and professional interaction. The Delivery Driver (non-CDL) is responsible for providing timely transportation of products from origin to destination as assigned, along with unloading and staging products at the customer's place of business. Expected to maintain professional representation of the company in all interactions with customers and through responsible driving, while providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Transport products from origin to destination as assigned
• Verify outgoing and incoming products for accuracy in size, amount, and type
• Collect payments from customers in acceptable monetary forms
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is complete and accompanies shipments
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
• Maintain records for compliance with regulations, including driver logs and fuel records
• Follow all safety policies and transportation regulations
• Operate powered industrial vehicles occasionally
