Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Austell, GA. You will operate a company box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts safely and on time, loading and unloading freight and communicating with dispatch and warehouse teams.

Expect a weekday schedule, a company-provided vehicle, and opportunities for growth, with benefits and training included. Prior delivery experience and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger.
• No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical examination.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 feet or larger box truck for local deliveries.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products following handling and safety procedures.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner during deliveries.
• Verify deliveries and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance.
• Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: Austell, GA

Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour

Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days per week based on route and business needs; early morning start times

Position Type: Delivery Driver / Non-CDL

Work Environment: Local delivery role using a company‑provided box truck

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you will operate a company box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories to customers safely and on time. You’ll load and unload freight, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and help keep customer deliveries moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner during deliveries

What We’re Looking For

• Must be able to lift and handle freight weighing up to 75 pounds
