LKQ Corp. in LaVergne, TN, is hiring a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to deliver auto, RV, and marine parts in a full-time role. Expect a weekday, early-morning schedule with no weekend work and an hourly pay of $19.50.

You will load, secure, and deliver parts, provide friendly service, and uphold safety standards while communicating with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience driving a 15 ft box truck or larger.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid drivers license required.
• No motor vehicle violations in the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4–5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service. Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
