Salary Range: $22.00 To $25.00 Hourly

About the Role:

The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, directly impacting customer experience. This position requires the individual to manage and execute delivery routes efficiently while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. The driver will be responsible for handling and transporting products carefully, ensuring that all items reach their destination in excellent condition. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs using electronic systems. Ultimately, the Delivery Driver serves as the face of the company during interactions with customers, requiring professionalism and effective communication skills.

This position will be based out of our distribution facility located in Des Moines, Iowaand work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Additional delivery days may be scheduled as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Proven experience in delivery driving or a similar role involving route sales.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weights safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency in speaking and understanding English to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using electronic log systems and GPS navigation technology.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in customer service or route sales.
• Additional language skills to support diverse customer interactions.
• Clean driving record with no recent violations.
