Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with clear, professional automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries per route schedules.
• Load and unload parts accurately and handle returns and pickups as needed.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines and process cash and card transactions.
