AutoZone’s Delivery Driver role puts you behind the wheel to serve commercial customers and DIY shoppers with safe, reliable parts deliveries. You’ll use company vehicles, meet delivery timelines, and uphold the company’s WOW! service standard in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position emphasizes teamwork with store staff, a flexible schedule, and ongoing product knowledge. Applicants should be at least 18, hold a valid license, and be capable of lifting and loading parts as needed.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule flexibility including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers with clear, professional automotive guidance.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial accounts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain efficient delivery processes and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Load and unload parts from the delivery vehicle per route plans.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely when required.
• Stay informed about promotions and product knowledge.
