Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and customer relations.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per policy.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet-safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving/work environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policy.
• Stay informed on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
