Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver who will use company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers. You’ll uphold safety, accuracy, and timely deliveries while providing friendly service and product knowledge.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a valid license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and load merchandise. Bilingual Spanish/English communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing automotive advice and installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth operations and strong relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company vehicles, deliver parts on schedule, load/unload per route.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores and parts from stores or vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process payments securely per company policy.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and maintain delivery vehicles.
