AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to provide exceptional customer service while delivering automotive parts with company-provided vehicles. No CDL is required, and the role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and accurate loading/unloading.

You will interact with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, supporting inventory flow and sales in a dynamic store environment. The position prioritizes safety, teamwork, and customer-focused communication in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive safely.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
