AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver to support our store’s front-line service. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while delivering expert automotive product advice and services.

The role emphasizes safety, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is 18+, has a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and can lift and move merchandise.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Aufgaben

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts with strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and follow company policies to meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to commercial customers; load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
