Job summary

Business Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver for Marathon, FL to join our Amazon DSP. This is a full-time, non-CDL driver role with an Amazon-branded vehicle provided and a predictable schedule.

Compensation starts at $21.50 per hour, paid biweekly with weekly performance bonuses. Benefits include paid training, overtime and PTO, 401K and tuition reimbursement, health insurance reimbursement, a set schedule, and maternity/ parental leave.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable driving 8–10 hour shifts in varying weather.

• Safely drive and operate delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing and delivery information.
• Load and unload packages for delivery.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Business Logistics Solutions LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages.

Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

Amazon-branded vehicle provided! Non-CDL delivery driver!

Compensation:

$21.50/hour, paid biweekly +weekly performance bonuses for top drivers

Schedule:

• 4 workdays per week (up to 40 hours)
• Typical shifts are 8–10 hours
• Shifts typically start between 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs

Hiring Process:

1-2 weeks (may be longer for out-of-state licenses)

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:

• 21 years or older
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license
• Authorized to work in U.S.
• Comfortable driving 8-10 hour shifts in varying weather
