Job summary

Business Logistics Solutions LLC is hiring delivery drivers to drop Amazon orders to customers in Marathon, FL. The role offers both full- and part-time opportunities with a steady schedule and benefits.

You will operate an Amazon-branded vehicle, follow routing devices, load packages, and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid Florida driver's license and U.S. work authorization are required.

Shifts are 8–10 hours, about four days per week, with weekend work and biweekly pay plus weekly bonuses.

Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer's door on time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

Compensation:

• $21.50/hour, paid biweekly + weekly performance bonuses for top drivers

Schedule:

• 4 workdays per week (up to 40 hours)
• Typical shifts are 8-10 hours
• Shifts typically start between 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
• One weekend day required

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs

Hiring Process:

1-2 weeks (may be longer for out-of-state licenses)
