Job summary

Business Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages in Marathon, FL and the Florida Keys. This non-CDL role offers a fixed schedule with 4 workdays per week, typical shifts 8–10 hours starting around 9:30–11:00 AM, and paid biweekly with weekly bonuses for top drivers.

Business Logistics Solutions LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages.

Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

Compensation:

$21.50/hour, paid biweekly +weekly performance bonuses for top drivers

Schedule:

• 4 workdays per week (up to 40 hours)
• Typical shifts are 8–10 hours
• Shifts typically start between 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs

Hiring Process:

1-2 weeks (may be longer for out-of-state licenses)

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:

• 21 years or older
