Focus Delivery Now, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, seeks motivated delivery drivers for a fast-paced environment in Manassas, VA. Company-provided delivery vans, no CDL required, and daytime shifts with bonuses and benefits.

Pay ranges from $22.50–$23.50 per hour, with a typical 8–10 hour shift and a 4-day workweek, plus benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision and tuition reimbursement, starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (No Marijuana testing required).
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (no frequent violations).
• No felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road regulations, and Company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smart phone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors and team.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including rescue calls when others need assistance with routes.

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $22.50 - $23.50 / hour (paid biweekly)
• 8-10-hour shifts are typical
• 4 day workweek (40 hours) is typical
• Expect consistent daytime shifts
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
