Job summary

Focus Delivery Now LLC is seeking dependable Delivery Drivers to join our team in Georgia. You’ll safely deliver Amazon packages, prioritize safety, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

We provide delivery vans (no CDL required) and offer a 4-day, 40-hour workweek with 8–10 hour shifts. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, immediate paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (No Marijuana testing required).
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• No felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years.
• Good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver packages on time.
• Drive safely, perform vehicle safety inspections, follow laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Communicate with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone GPS navigation, scan packages, clock in/out, and communicate with supervisors.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements and assist with routes when needed.

Benefits & Scheduling

• $22.50 - $23.50 / hour (paid biweekly)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
