Annual Salary Range: $62,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
Position Summary:
The Delivery Driver Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for hiring and overseeing delivery drivers and maintaining the delivery fleet to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The primary goal of this position is to provide timely and efficient deliveries to customers in the local market. This position provides leadership in support of the Dead River Company Brand Promise, Customer Guarantees and Pledges, and Co-worker Guarantees and Pledges.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years management experience is necessary.

Contacts:
On a daily basis the Delivery Driver Manager is in contact with customers, drivers, and other office staff. This position works closely with the General Manager.
Decisions Made:
The Delivery Manager makes decisions regarding hiring, maintenance issues, and whether to make deliveries based on safety issues and weather concerns. Most other decisions are made in consultation with the General Manager.
