KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver responsible for accurate and timely delivery of orders to long term care facilities, while ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include compliant vehicle operation, efficient route planning, proper packaging, and courteous customer interactions. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ with a valid license, and willingness to complete mandatory training.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Preferred 0–2 years experience in a related position.
  • State-specific registrations may apply for Vermont/New Hampshire employees.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver orders accurately and on time to long term care facilities.
  • Comply with state and federal laws governing motor vehicle operation and prescription delivery.
  • Package and prepare items for facility delivery.
  • Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely delivery with minimal travel.
  • Complete paperwork and maintain filing.
  • Maintain vehicle interior and exterior; ensure regular maintenance.
  • Greet customers professionally and maintain customer service levels.
  • Pickup medications and supplies from other facilities.
  • Stay current with state and federal employment requirements.
  • Complete mandatory and regulatory training.
  • Read and sign Fleet Management Policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned task

Job Summary:

Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of orders to long term care facilities, while ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:
  • Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle
  • Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent
  • Accurately package and prepare items for facility delivery
  • Schedule delivery route in most efficient manner to insure timely delivery with least travel required
  • Responsible for completion of all paperwork and proper filing
  • Insure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior
  • Greet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed
  • Pick up medications and/or supplies from other facilities
  • Must keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employment
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Required to read and sign the Fleet Management Policy
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Attendance Requirements:
  • Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends as required
Education:
  • Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED
Job requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid Drivers License in good standing
Experience:
  • Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position
Required (Vermont Employees):
  • Registeredwith the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician
Required (New Hampshire Employees):
  • Registeredwith the State of New Hampshire as a Pharmacy Technician
Job Skills Required:
  • Basic Math skills necessary
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Requires the ability to sit, stand, climb stairs and walk throughout the duration of the shift
  • Limited lifting up to 40 lbs
Compensation:

$10.61 - $14.94 an hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
