Job summary

Common Citizen in Michigan is seeking a Delivery Driver to fulfill and deliver online orders with a focus on safety and customer service. You will be responsible for using your own vehicle, abiding by traffic laws, and delivering with care to residents and visitors.

Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus; background checks are required. The role involves teamwork, confidentiality, and occasional non-delivery tasks to support the dispensary operations.

Qualifications

• Receive cash payments and make accurate change.
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text and in person.
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers.
• Ensure member concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or issues to Dispensary.
• Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
• Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• During “down time” between deliveries, assist Dispensary staff with inventory, organizing back stock, cleaning, updating website and on-line menus and other tasks as needed.

About This Role

Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for fulfilling and delivering online orders to customers.
