Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Delivery Driver for its Canton, GA store. The role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with time spent both inside and outside the store. You will support daily operations and help connect with customers in the community.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive pay range of $14.25–$15.00 per hour, with a schedule typically running from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for the position’s location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
