Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery driver for Store #4301 in Decatur, GA to deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks. You will ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, handling customer inquiries, keeping records, and following routes and schedules. A valid license and DOT MEC are required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• DOT MEC certification or willing to obtain within 5 business days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• English reading/writing/speaking; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries prepared to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and timely.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Adhere to routes and schedules; follow traffic laws.
• Maintain a safe driving record and complete delivery reports.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts.
• Perform store duties including tinting, mixing orders, and serving customers.
