Job summary

Coastal Beverage Company Inc is seeking a field-based associate to assist Delivery Drivers with loading and unloading, stocking, and merchandising across customer accounts. You will ensure POS displays are neat, current, and compliant with CBC standards while maintaining reliable attendance to support timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes practical problem-solving, basic math, and proficiency with email and basic computer tasks to coordinate with drivers and store personnel.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills including add/subtract, multiply and divide; compute rate, ratio and percent.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Computer skills requiring knowledge of e-mail software and Internet.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Ride in the cab with a Delivery Driver to assist with loading and unloading products.
• Stock and merchandise products; ensure beverage sections, racks and displays are filled and displays kept to company standards.
• Maintain timely delivery by being regularly present in assigned customer accounts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ride in the cab of our truck with a Delivery Driver to assist with loading and unloading products. Responsible for stocking and merchandising various products ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, and displays are filled, POS neat, clean and current and displays maintained according to Coastal Beverage Company's standards.

Responsible for regular and punctual attendance to ensure product is delivered timely to CBC customers.

This is a field-based role requiring consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours to ensure customer satisfaction.

All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

7. 7.Possess computer skills requiring knowledge of e-mail software, and Internet.
