Job summary

Coastal Beverage Company is seeking a field-based Helper to ride with a Delivery Driver and assist with loading and unloading products. You will stock and merchandize beverage sections, ensuring displays meet company standards and POS remains neat and current.

The role requires regular attendance and proactive presence at customer accounts during standard business hours to maintain high customer satisfaction. A high school diploma and basic reading/writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math skills including rates, ratios and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Keep POS area neat, clean, and up to date according to standards.
• Attend work regularly and on time to ensure timely delivery to CBC customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ride in the cab of our truck with a Delivery Driver to assist with loading and unloading products. Responsible for stocking and merchandising various products ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, and displays are filled, POS neat, clean and current and displays maintained according to Coastal Beverage Company's standards.

Responsible for regular and punctual attendance to ensure product is delivered timely to CBC customers.

This is a field-based role requiring consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours to ensure customer satisfaction.

All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2. Possess education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• 3. Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• 4. Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• 5. Possess basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Possess the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
• 6. Possess ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• 7. Possess computer skills requiring knowledge of e-mail software, and Internet.
• 8. Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
