Lovern Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

You’ll partner with our drivers to efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers in your community. Benefits & Scheduling

• Starting pay $18.00 per hour (paid weekly)
• 10‑hour shifts are typical
• 4‑day workweek (40 hours) is typical
• Schedule for full‑time team members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 6 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time; 1 weekend day Sunday or Saturday per week. Fixed schedules are available, but flexibility is recommended.
• Expect daytime shift
• A minimum of 2 paid 15‑minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30‑minute meal break

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Perform safety inspections on company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events or conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages up to 50 lbs; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
• Must be at least 20 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 5‑Panel Drug Screening
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing and communication skills
