Job summary

Lovern Logistics is seeking Delivery Helpers to support Amazon package deliveries in Duluth, GA and surrounding areas. No experience required; on‑the‑job training, flexible full‑time, temporary, and seasonal opportunities available.

Expect to work 10‑hour shifts on a 4‑day rotation with daytime shifts and weekly pay. Responsibilities include safety checks, loading/unloading, customer service, and driving alongside a lead driver in an Amazon‑branded vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 5‑Panel Drug Screening.
• Good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills.
• Handheld technology.
• Uniforms & safety shoes.
• Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages along routes with an Amazon driver.
• Perform safety inspections on the vehicle and follow laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs and navigate in and out of a van throughout the day.
• Communicate with support teams to ensure deliveries are completed on time.
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation and scanning packages.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements and assist with routes as needed.

Lovern Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. Responsibilities

As a Delivery Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon‑branded, and/or DOT regulated box truck and support the driver in delivering packages.

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Benefits & Scheduling

• Starting pay $18.00 / hour (paid weekly)
• 10‑hour shifts are typical
• 4‑day workweek (40 hours) is typical
• Schedule for full‑time team members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 6 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time; 1 weekend day Sunday or Saturday per week. Fixed schedules are available, but flexibility is recommended.
• Expect daytime shift
• A minimum of 2 paid 15‑minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30‑minute meal break
