Overview

We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to providing reliable, efficient, and safe package delivery to our customers. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and accountability, and we take pride in supporting our drivers with the tools and training they need to succeed.

Job Summary

This is a Full‑Time Driver position with JAJB LOGISTICS LLC delivering packages to Amazon customers. We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to detail, can quickly problem‑solve a wide range of situations, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the company vehicle.
• Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events or conditions.
• Maintain pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently; tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50‑70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes. Rescues receive a bonus of $15.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non‑provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a 4‑Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position).
• Commercial, DOT, CDL or work‑related driving experience is a plus; not mandatory.
• Military veterans are welcome.

Benefits & Scheduling

• Start rate of $21.50 per hour, paid biweekly.
• 10‑hour shifts are typical; 4 or 5 day workweek with a typical range of 30 to 40 hours.
• Schedule planned front and back end (Sunday through Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday). Flexible schedule, discussable.
• Expect daytime shifts.
• Minimum of two paid 15‑minute breaks and one unpaid 30‑minute meal break during your shift.
