Delivery Driver Helper Duties and Responsibilities

• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!
• Assist the delivery driver in the safe and timely transport of goods to customers
• Assist driver with parking, backing up, and maneuvering of the vehicle
• Assist driver with contact compliance
• Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle
• Perform heavy lifting of packages and products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements for Delivery Driver Helper

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available to work on weekends
• Able to safely lift and carry heavy, bulky packages up to 300 lbs
• Committed to providing excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

• Having a Driver's license
• Experience with box trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers
• Proficient in heavy lifting techniques and able to lift heavy items repeatedly
• Familiarity with operating pallet jacks
• Commercial driving experience
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and courier services
