Job Title: Delivery Driver

Annual Salary: $61,910

This position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to various customer locations, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. The driver is responsible for unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, and setting up promotional materials such as signs and banners. Additionally, the driver generates invoices, handles daily cash and charge settlements, and interacts frequently with store management.

This role is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds multiple times during the workday. It involves reaching, squatting, and bending while merchandising and delivering products under various weather conditions. Long hours may be required during peak seasons like summer.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including maneuvering in tight spaces
• Ensure all scheduled customers are serviced by the end of each shift
• Merchandise and rotate products according to local standards, including building displays and managing stock levels
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products to and from the truck
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with store contacts
• Follow operating procedures such as scan-in/scan-out and route adherence
• Communicate effectively with customers, building rapport and attending to their needs
• Comply with DOT regulations
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
