Overview

Location: Louisville, KY. Full‑time, non‑CDL delivery driver. Pay: $21–22 per hour, depending on experience. Standard schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4 pm, with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the day at the warehouse: review route, safety topics, and other briefings with the operations team.
• Operate a 26‑foot box truck with a lift gate to deliver furniture to customers’ homes or offices.
• Unload, deliver, and install furniture while interacting with customers.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including loading and unloading furniture.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of professional experience driving a 24‑foot box truck or larger; 1 year preferred.
• Physically able to move furniture indoors/outdoors, up or down stairs and in all weather conditions; ability to lift 100+ pounds with a partner.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must pass drug screening and MVR checks; CORT participates in the E‑Verify program.
• English language proficiency sufficient to converse with the general public, understand highway signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship for visas.
