Fast Track Delivery Company is seeking dependable Delivery Drivers for full-time, local routes in Waite Park, Minnesota. Drivers operate a company-provided van to deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses, with paid training and a starting wage of $24.00 per hour.

No CDL is required, and training covers equipment, route management, and safety. The role emphasizes independence on the road, physical activity, and strong customer service, supported by an experienced operations team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Be able to lift and handle packages up to 50 pounds.
• Pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Comfortable walking, lifting, carrying, and entering/exiting a delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial customers in Waite Park and surrounding areas.
• Load, sort, and organize packages for your route.
• Use GPS navigation and delivery technology to locate and complete stops.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
