Job summary

Fast Track Delivery Company, an Amazon DSP serving Saint Cloud, Minnesota, is hiring motivated Delivery Drivers to operate a company-provided van and deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses on their daily routes. No previous delivery experience is required; paid training, a company vehicle, and ongoing support are provided.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, with weekly pay, PTO, health insurance where applicable, a company vehicle on duty, and clear paths for advancement within Fast

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Able to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable driving a delivery van for extended periods.
• Able to work independently and manage an assigned delivery route.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace and driving safety.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
• Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial locations.
• Load, sort, and organize packages before starting your assigned route.
• Navigate assigned routes using GPS and delivery technology.
• Complete scheduled deliveries safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Conduct required vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Follow traffic laws, company procedures, and required safety standards.
• Work independently while staying in communication with dispatch when necessary.
• Lift, carry, push, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle in varying Minnesota weather conditions.
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the workday.
• Return undelivered packages and complete required end-of-route procedures.
