Job summary

Advanced Logisitcs systems inc is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to deliver packages to customers from our Durham, NC operations. This role offers weekly pay, paid training, and a flexible schedule, with opportunities to progress from seasonal to permanent employment.

You will operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, ensure timely deliveries, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must clear pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely delivery and protect product condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan efficient routes and follow safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and document deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize schedules and handle delays.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness.
• Report vehicle issues to supervisor.
