Job summary

Steelbridge Logistics, Inc. is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team in Concord, NC. You may operate bulk trucks or step vans and will deliver packages safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements include 21+ years old, a valid license with a clean record, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. We offer weekly pay and benefits with a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass Pre-employment Background and Drug Screening.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs and maneuver in/out of a truck.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-delivered vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining package condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan efficient routes and follow safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and complete required documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize schedules and report delays.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
