Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers play a key role in ensuring positive customer experiences. This store-based position involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with time split between inside and outside the store to support daily operations and engage customers in the community.

The role offers a pay range of $13.75 to $14.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance options, a 401(k) plan with matching, paid time off, and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location (United States).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
