Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating how customers can use products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The pay range is $15.75 to $16.50 per hour, with a broad benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification may be required in location (US).
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
