Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team. This role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, while delivering a positive customer experience.

You'll split time between in-store work and customer interactions in the community. Requirements include being at least 21, having a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy items and work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States or 18+ in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver's license and compliance with Company Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record.
• May require DOT certification depending on location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely position products and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise for customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
