Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver (8417) to join our team at 1249 Cedar Rd suite 101 in Chesapeake, VA. This part-time role delivers pizzas promptly and professionally, serving as the ambassador of Domino's on the customer’s doorstep.

Earn a base tip wage of $8.00 per hour with tips, with guaranteed earnings to meet the state minimum wage of $12.77 per hour when combined with tips. Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement are available through our path to management.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections.
Willing to have a video monitor in your vehicle (Netradyne or Driveosity) to help avoid collisions and incidents.
During downtime, you are required to sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and find cleaning activities to help the store.

Responsibilities

Possess navigational skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate multi-story buildings.
Demonstrate an outstanding and friendly attitude toward customer service.
Possess basic math skills.
Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment.
Organized, efficient in time management, and able to multitask.
Able to respond to customer concerns.
Must be a team player and follow all Team Sharma Domino’s Policies.
Must ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring.
