Job summary

RPM Pizza is looking for delivery drivers to provide a fun and engaging experience for customers while taking orders and delivering tasty meals. You will uphold brand standards, ensure accurate deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle and work environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, medical/dental/vision coverage for eligible team members, a 401(k) plan, and ongoing RPM Pizza College training for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera and return equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate delivery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
