Job summary

RPM Pizza is recruiting delivery drivers to provide a fun, friendly experience for customers while upholding Domino’s brand standards. The role offers flexible scheduling, team member discounts, and medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible associates working 30+ hours per week, plus a 401(k) program and RPM Pizza College training.

Candidates must be 21+, have at least 2 years of driving, a valid license with a clean record, a dependable vehicle with current registration and insurance,

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
