Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to provide a friendly customer experience while taking orders and delivering pizzas. You will uphold brand standards, work safely, and contribute to a positive team environment.

This variable hourly position offers flexible scheduling, team member discounts, and eligibility for medical/dental/vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan and ongoing RPM Pizza College training. Growth opportunities are available within the store network.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in case of an accident, and return all company equipment upon separation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.

• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.

• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
