King Capital Transport, a FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring Delivery Drivers in Strafford, MO. You start and end at the FedEx terminal and deliver to homes and businesses. Training is paid, and a CDL is not required. Expect daily routes, health and safety requirements, and the chance to earn with performance-based pay.

Drivers must be 21+, hold a valid license for 3+ years, pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. Lifting up to 60 lbs (150 lbs with a cart) is required.

King Capital Transport, a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers start and end their day at the FedEx Ground terminal in Strafford, MO and deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the surrounding area. Top-performing drivers consistently earn $3,000-$4,000 per month.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
• Typical start time: 8:00 AM
• End times will vary based on package volume, route completion, weather, and seasonal demand
• Deliver and pick up packages safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service
• Use scanners and mobile technology to complete deliveries
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
• Ability to pass a DOT Physical, drug screen, and background check
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with a hand cart
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

No CDL Required

Delivery experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training and are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to succeed.
