Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs regularly.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Comfortable navigating routes using GPS and delivery management apps.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic.
• Previous delivery, driving, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Load, organize, and deliver packages along assigned routes in a safe and timely manner.
• Scan and track packages using FedEx delivery systems and handheld devices.
• Obtain customer signatures and confirm deliveries accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and road-ready delivery vehicle.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding route updates or issues.
