Job summary

TEPA INC is seeking drivers to deliver FedEx packages using company-provided vehicles on set routes across Minnesota. Training is paid, and candidates must be 21+ with a valid Class D license and the ability to pass background checks, DOT physicals, and drug screening.

Roles are full-time with shifts such as Wednesday–Sunday or Thursday–Monday, roughly 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, and most work occurs on the road with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license (Class D).
• Ability to pass background check, DOT physical and drug screening.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs (dolly provided).
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FedEx packages safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Operate company-provided delivery vehicles.
• Follow daily routes and schedules.
